摘要:二甲氨基菊酯（DMAMCL，即ACT001）是一种通过含笑内酯（michelioide，MCL）的二甲氨基Michael加成反应合成的化疗药物，具有较好的缓释作用和较高的口服生物利用度。研究表明，DMAMCL具有抗肿瘤、神经保护与抗炎等多种生物药理学活性，具有重要的临床应用价值。本文综述了DMAMCL的药理学作用，为其进一步开发利用提供科学依据。

Abstract:Dimethylaminomicheliolide (DMAMCL, i.e., ACT001) is a chemotherapeutic drug synthesized by dimethylamino Michael addition reaction of micheliolide (MCL), and it has good sustained release effect and high oral bioavailability. Studies have shown that DMAMCL has a variety of bio-pharmacological activities, including anti-tumor, neuroprotection and anti-inflammation. Therefore, DMAMCL has great clinical application value. This paper reviews the pharmacological action of DMAMCL, aiming to provide scientific basis for its further development and utilization.
