摘要:幽门螺杆菌(Helicobacter pylori, H.pylori)作为全球最常见的感染性消化道细菌,其与胃十二指肠溃疡、胃癌等消化道疾病的发生密切相关。随着研究的不断深入,H.pylori感染对胃肠外疾病的影响也得到了广泛关注。越来越多的研究已证实H.pylori感染与缺血性贫血(iron deficient anemia, IDA)相关,多项研究显示,IDA患者H.pylori感染率更高,积极根除H.pylori后,IDA患者的血红蛋白水平能够不同程度的升高甚至恢复正常,但结论仍存在争议。本文就H.pylori感染与IDA(尤其是不明原因IDA)的相关性、作用机制、治疗等方面进行综述,旨在对临床医生诊疗不明确或难治性IDA患者时提供参考。

Abstract:As the most common digestive infection in the world, Helicobacter pylori (H.pylori) is closely related to the occurrence of gastroduodenal ulcer, gastric cancer and other gastrointestinal diseases. As research continues, the impact of H.pylori infection on parenteral diseases has also received widespread attention. More and more research has confirmed that H.pylori infection is associated with iron deficient anemia (IDA). A large number of research has shown that IDA patients have a higher rate of H.pylori infection. After active eradication of H.pylori, the hemoglobin level of IDA patients can increase to varying degrees or even return to normal. But the conclusion is still controversial. This article reviews the relationship, mechanism, and treatment of H.pylori infection and IDA, especially unexplained IDA, aiming to provide a reference for clinicians who have patients with unexplained or refractory IDA.
