摘要:泌尿系统肿瘤具有较高的发病率、致死率,严重威胁患者生命健康。目前临床上尚缺乏高敏感性、高特异性的筛查方法,早期诊断十分困难,而在肿瘤的发生发展过程中,体液中往往会出现代谢物种类和数量的变化。代谢组学是继基因组学、蛋白质组学、转录组学后出现的新兴“组学”,可对体液中小分子代谢物进行定性和定量评估。在过去的十年间,代谢组学研究在提高对疾病病理生理和病因机制理解、疾病生物标志物筛选、耐药性研究、治疗效果评估等方面显示出巨大潜力。目前,代谢组学已被广泛应用于多种肿瘤的研究中,并且随着液相色谱-串联质谱、气相色谱-串联质谱等各类质谱技术的快速发展,其将会在肿瘤的临床诊断及治疗中发挥重要作用。

Abstract:Urinary system tumors have high morbidity and mortality, which seriously threaten the life and health of patients. At present, there is still a lack of highly sensitive and specific screening methods in clinic, and early diagnosis is very difficult. In the process of tumor occurrence and development, the types and quantities of metabolites in body fluid often change. Metabonomics is a new "omics" after genomics, proteomics and transcriptomics, which qualitatively and quantitatively evaluates small molecular metabolites in body fluids. In the past decade, metabonomics research has shown great potential in improving our understanding of the pathophysiology and etiology of diseases, screening of disease biomarkers, drug resistance research, evaluation of treatment effects, etc. At present, metabonomics has been widely used in the research of a variety of tumors, and with the rapid development of various mass spectrometry technologies such as liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry and gas chromatography tandem mass spectrometry, it will play a very important role in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of tumors.
