摘要:艾拉莫德（iguratimod，IGU）是一种改善风湿病情类药物，具有缓解疼痛、抑制炎症、调节免疫等作用，在类风湿性关节炎治疗中取得了良好的疗效。近年来发现，IGU对干燥综合征等多种自身免疫性疾病也具有治疗作用。系统性红斑狼疮（systemic lupus erythematosus，SLE）是一种累及多器官的复杂的自身免疫性疾病，狼疮肾炎（lupus nephritis，LN）是其常见和严重的并发症之一，10%LN患者可出现终末期肾病，是导致患者死亡的重要原因。本文就IGU在LN治疗中的作用机制和临床应用现状进行综述。

Abstract:IGU (iguratimod) is a rheumatologic drug that has been effective in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis by relieving pain, suppressing inflammation, and regulating immunity. In recent years, IGU has been found to have therapeutic effects on various autoimmune diseases such as dry syndrome. Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is a complex autoimmune disease involving multiple organs, and lupus nephritis (LN) is one of its common and serious complications. 10% of LN patients can develop end-stage renal disease, which is an important cause of death. In this paper, we review the current research status of IGU on the mechanism and clinical application in LN.
