摘要:重复经颅磁刺激(rTMS)可通过诱导产生动作电位和改变大脑双侧半球兴奋性来解除大脑交互抑制,以此改善卒中后肢体运动功能障碍。rTMS不但能提高整体肢体功能,而且对局部肌肉有缓解痉挛、降低拮抗的作用,同时可增大关节活动度。此外,rTMS对人体的负面影响较小,值得推广,但应注意其热效应和对神经系统的诱导作用。本文就rTMS治疗脑卒中后肢体功能障碍的临床研究现状进行综述。

Abstract:Repeated transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) can alleviate the inhibition of brain interaction by inducing action potential generation and changing the excitability of the bilateral brain hemispheres, thus ameliorating the limb motor dysfunction after stroke. It can not only improve the overall limb function, but also relieve the spasm and antagonism of local muscles and increase the range of motion of joints. In addition, since rTMS has fewnegative effects on human bodies, it is worth promoting; however attention should still be paid to its thermal effect and induction effect on nervous system. This article reviews the clinical research status of rTMS in the treatment of limb dysfunction after stroke.
