摘要:随着神经影像技术的发展,近年来原发性痛经(primary drsmenorrhea,PDM)的中枢发病机制越来越受到关注。原发性痛经患者大脑的结构与功能均存在可塑性、特异性异常改变,这些异常改变与痛经的发病密切相关,可能是导致原发性痛经发病和症状持续的关键因素。本文围绕PDM的中枢发病机制,对大脑白质和灰质两方面的研究现状进行综述。

Abstract:With the development of neuroimaging technologies, the central mechanism of primary dysmenorrhea has received more and more attention in recent years. The structure and function of the brain in patients with primary dysmenorrhea have plasticity and specific abnormal changes, which are closely related to the occurrence of dysmenorrhea and may be the key factor that leads to the occurrence and persistence of primary dysmenorrhea. Therefore, we have reviewed the literature on neuroimaging studies of primary dysmenorrhea to summarize the central mechanism of primary dysmenorrhea.
