摘要:肿瘤相关巨噬细胞可塑性强,参与肿瘤细胞上皮间质转化、肿瘤组织内血管形成、细胞外基质重塑等多个与肿瘤细胞生长和转移相关的过程。多年来,基础及临床研究均发现,肿瘤组织中浸润的巨噬细胞的数量及表型与移植瘤动物模型和肿瘤患者的预后密切相关。肝细胞癌(hepatocellular carcinoma,HCC)是最常见且最具有侵袭性的炎症相关性恶性肿瘤之一,远处转移是HCC患者死亡的主要因素。本文主要对肿瘤相关巨噬细胞的来源、功能及在肝细胞癌转移中的作用进行综述。

Abstract:Tumor-associated macrophages are highly plastic and involved in processes related to tumor cell growth and metastasis such as epithelial-mesenchymal transition, angiogenesis and extracellular matrix remodeling. Many studies suggested that infiltrating macrophages in tumor tissue correlate with the prognosis. Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is one of the most common and aggressive inflammatory related malignancies. Distant metastasis is the main cause of death in HCC patients. We reviewed the origin and function of tumor-associated macrophages and their role in the metastasis of hepatocellular carcinoma.
