摘要:脑深部电刺激植入术(deep brain stimulation,DBS)近年来越来越多地被用于治疗顽固性帕金森病(PD)。麻醉方式和药物的选择是DBS手术最重要的组成部分。全身麻醉下行DBS已成为流行趋势,适当的麻醉管理可提高患者的舒适度且不干扰神经电生理测试。目前在国内外DBS的麻醉方式和药物选择上差异较大,安全可靠的麻醉方案仍有待进一步研究。本文主要探究麻醉方式和药物对DBS术中电生理信号的影响,明确麻醉药物影响电生理信号机制,对DBS麻醉管理提供进一步的理论指导。

Abstract:Deep brain stimulation (DBS) has been increasingly used to treat patients with refractory Parkinson's disease (PD) in recent years. The choice of anesthetic method and drug is the most important part of DBS operation. Deep brain stimulation implantation under general anesthesia has become a popular trend, and appropriate anesthesia management can improve the comfort of patients without interfering with neurophysiological tests. At present, there are great differences in the anesthesia methods and drug selection of DBS between China and western countries; and the safe and reliable anesthesia plan still needs to be further studied. Therefore, this paper mainly explores the effects of anesthetic methods and drugs on intraoperative electrophysiological signals of DBS, clarifies the mechanism of anesthetic drugs affecting electrophysiological signals, and provides further theoretical guidance for anesthesia management of DBS.
