摘要:子宫内膜是否具有容受性是胚胎着床成功与否的关键因素之一。为了把握这个时机获得更高的胚胎移植成功率,必须寻找一个准确高效的手段来验证它。随着基因检测技术的进步,FOXA2已经被证实为是子宫内膜容受性相关基因,其主要通过激活E-钙黏着蛋白(E-CDH1),募集糖皮质激素受体(GR),促进白血病抑制因子(LIF)分泌等机制来提高子宫内膜容受性。而FOXA2表达又可以被孕激素、Dlx5和Dlx6、Wnt信号通路激活,被雌激素抑制。FOXA2可能成为子宫内膜容受性的标志基因和治疗子宫内膜容受性相关疾病的新靶点。本文就FOXA2结构作用以及其影响子宫内膜容受性的上下游机制进行综述。

Abstract:Endometrium receptivity is one of the key factors for successful implantation. In order to seize this opportunity to obtain a higher embryo transfer success rate, it is necessary to find an accurate and efficient means to verify it. With the progress of gene detection technology, FOXA2 has been identified as an endometrial receptivity related gene, which mainly enhances endometrial receptivity through the activation of E-cadherin (E-CDH1), recruitment of glucocorticoid receptor (GR), and promotion of LIF secretion. Its expression can be activated by progesterone, Dlx5 and Dlx6, Wnt signaling pathways and inhibited by estrogen. FOXA2 may become a marker gene for endometrial receptivity and a new target for the treatment of endometrial receptivity related diseases.In this paper, we review its structural role and upstream and downstream mechanisms affecting endometrial receptivity.
