摘要:胃食管反流病（gastroesophageal reflux disease，GERD）是一种高度流行的胃肠道疾病，因其反复发作、不易治愈，给患者的生活带来了一定的负面影响。除了GERD的症状，如胃灼热、反酸和吞咽困难等影响患者生活质量外，其并发症如食管溃疡、食管狭窄、Barrett食管和食管腺癌更是对患者的生命造成了严重威胁。肥胖被认为是GERD的重要危险因素。针对肥胖GERD个体保守治疗效果欠佳者，Roux-en-Y胃旁路术是推荐的手术方式。本文就肥胖个体发生GERD的病理生理及临床常用的治疗手段进行综述。

Abstract:Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) is a highly prevalent gastrointestinal disease, which has negative impacts on the lives of patients due to its recurrent onset and difficult treatment. Symptoms of GERD, such as heartburn, acid regurgitation and dysphagia, affect the patients' quality of life. Moreover, its complications, such as esophageal ulcer, esophageal stricture, Barrett's esophagus and esophageal adenocarcinoma, pose serious threats to the lives of patients. Obesity is considered as an important risk factor for GERD. Roux-en-Y gastric bypass surgery is the recommended surgical method for individuals with obesity who have poor conservative treatment results. This article reviews the pathophysiology and commonly used clinical treatments of GERD in obese individuals.
