摘要:骨关节炎(osteoarthritis,OA)是导致中老年人疼痛、失能甚至引发心理疾病的主要原因之一,现有治疗方式均具有一定局限性,迫切需要新的诊断方法和镇痛方案。近年来,纳米技术在医学领域的应用已取得一定进展,应用纳米颗粒载药可同时发挥延长释放、按需释放、靶向释放药物等多重优势;利用纳米颗粒制成纳米探针还能够辅助OA的定位诊断及治疗。本文汇总并分析近年来纳米技术在OA疼痛治疗中的应用,分类评述纳米技术在药物递送、药物释放、诊疗方式等方面的最新进展,为 OA的诊断和治疗提供新思路。

Abstract:Osteoarthritis (OA) is one of the main causes of pain, disability and even mental illness in middle-aged and elderly population. The existing treatment methods have certain limitations, and new diagnostic methods and analgesic programs are urgently needed. In recent years, the application of nanotechnology in the field of medicine has made certain progresses. The nanoparticle drug delivery system has multiple advantages with a prolonged release, on-demand release, and targeted release of medicine. Nanoprobes made from nanoparticles can also assist in the localization, diagnosis and treatment of OA. This paper summarizes and analyzes the application of nanotechnology in the treatment of OA-related pain in recent years, and systemically reviews the latest progress of nanotechnology in drug delivery, drug release, diagnosis and treatment, so as to provide new ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of OA.
