摘要:多囊卵巢综合征(polycystic ovary syndrome，PCOS)作为一种女性常见的生殖内分泌疾病，在育龄期女性尤为常见，它不仅可影响患者生育功能，而且还能引起内分泌代谢功能失调，可出现肥胖、血糖及血脂代谢紊乱等代谢综合征的表现，严重影响生育、生活质量和远期健康。对PCOS代谢异常的机理和过程的深入了解将有助于进一步阐明PCOS的病理生理变化，从而有助于PCOS的诊治和预防。本文主要对近年来PCOS糖代谢和脂代谢异常方面有关的临床以及基础研究现状进行综述。

Abstract:Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is the most common reproductive and endocrine disease among women of childbearing age. It not only affects the patient's reproductive function, but also can cause endocrine and metabolic dysfunction. Metabolic syndromes such as obesity, blood sugar and lipid disorders can occur, which seriously affect fertility, quality of life, and long-term health. An in-depth understanding of the mechanism and process of its metabolic abnormalities will help further clarify the pathophysiological changes of PCOS, and thus help the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of PCOS. This article reviews recent clinical and basic research status of abnormal glucose and lipid metabolisms in PCOS.
