摘要:自噬是细胞质物质传递到溶酶体并在溶酶体中降解的过程,能够维持细胞内环境的稳定。自噬受到多种因素的调控,脂代谢与自噬密切相关。SCD1是一种中枢脂肪生成酶,是控制脂肪生成的潜在靶点,其在自噬中发挥重要作用,包括促进自噬体的形成,以及通过脂类生成、脂阀-AKT-FOXO1途径、AMPK途径、影响自噬体-溶酶体融合等方式调节自噬等。本文就SCD1在自噬中的作用进行综述。

Abstract:Autophagy is a process in which cytoplasmic substances are transferred to and degraded in lysosomes. It can maintain the stability of the intracellular environment and is regulated by multiple factors. Lipid metabolism is closely related to autophagy. SCD1, a central fat generating enzyme and a potential target for controlling fat generation, plays an important role in autophagy, including promoting the formation of autophagosomes and regulating autophagy through lipogenesis, lipid rafts-coupled AKT-FOXO1 signaling pathway, AMPK pathway, and affecting autophagosome-lysosomal fusion. This article reviews the research progress on the role of SCD1 in autophagy.
