摘要:卵巢早衰(POF)是妇科常见的一种内分泌疾病，目前认为POF的发病与遗传、自身免疫功能异常、环境及代谢异常以及放、化疗损伤等有关。激素替代治疗虽然可以缓解一些临床症状，但不能有效恢复卵巢功能和生育能力，还可能带来明显不良反应。再生医学在组织器官修复上有着不可替代的价值，尤其是干细胞在治疗多种疑难疾病中发挥了关键作用，本文将对间充质干细胞在卵巢早衰治疗中的应用进展进行综述。

Abstract:Premature ovarian failure (POF) is a common endocrine disease in gynecology. At present, it is considered that the incidence of POF is related to the abnormality of heredity, autoimmune function, environment and metabolism, and radiation and chemotherapy injury. Although hormone replacement therapy (HRT) can alleviate some clinical symptoms, it can not effectively restore ovarian function and fertility, and may also bring obvious adverse reactions. Regenerative medicine has irreplaceable values in the repair of tissues and organs, especially stem cells play a key role in the treatment of many difficult diseases. This article will summarize the progress in clinical application of mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) in the treatment of premature ovarian failure.
