摘要:目前，临床上通常用正畸-正颌联合治疗的方式治疗严重的骨性Ⅲ类错牙合。该方案包括传统的"正畸优先"即"术前正畸-正颌手术-术后正畸"模式以及"手术优先"两种模式，无论采取哪种模式，均要求在治疗结束后完全去除牙槽代偿。为深入理解不同治疗模式下各区域及各阶段牙槽去代偿的特征，本文就目前正颌手术治疗骨性Ⅲ类错牙合患者牙槽去代偿情况的相关研究作一综述。

Abstract:Skeletal class Ⅲ problem is one of the most challenging malocclusion for orthodontists. Combined orthodontic-surgical treatment is frequently applied in this type of malocclusion. There are two major protocols, a three-stage approach (preoperative orthodontics, surgery, and postoperative orthodontics) and surgery-first approach, aiming to eliminate dental compensation of the skeletal class Ⅲ dentofacial deformities. The purpose of this article is to deepen the understanding about eliminating dental compensation of skeletal class Ⅲ patients.
