新型术后疼痛管理方法——控释给药

尽管目前已有多种镇痛药物、技术、管理模式应用于临床,但仍有较高比例的手术后患者存在剧烈疼痛。急性疼痛处理不当可能发展为慢性疼痛,影响患者远期预后和生活质量。基于可降解聚合物材料的控释给药装置已应用于临床镇痛,药物活性成分可以在预先设定的时间内在局部精确释放,全身副作用轻微,与传统镇痛方法比较,优势明显,但仍有不足之处。本文对新型术后疼痛管理方法——控释给药装置进行综述,并展望其存在和发展空间。

Although a variety of analgesic drugs, techniques and management modes have been applied in clinic, and there are still a high proportion of patients with severe pain after surgery. Improper management of acute pain may develop into chronic pain, which affects the patient's long-term prognosis and quality of life. The controlled release drug delivery device based on biodegradable polymer materials has been applied in clinical analgesia. Active pharmaceutical ingredients could be provided locally for a pre-programmed amount of time as a precision medicine, with lower systemic side effects. compared with traditional methods, it has obvious advantages, but there is still room to improve. Here, we reviewed the new methods for postoperative pain management-the controlled release drug delivery devices, and highlight it's opportunities for improvement exist.
