摘要:目的评价经皮椎体成形术治疗kümmell's病的疗效。方法选取苏北人民医院骨科2013 年1月至2021年12月收治的kümmell's病患者 29例，所有患者均行经皮椎体成形术治疗。分别测量患者术前1天，术后1天、术后1个月及术后1年的伤椎前缘压缩率，同时采用疼痛视觉模拟评分（VAS）和Oswestry功能障碍指数（ODI）评价治疗效果。结果椎体成形术后患者疼痛均有不同程度缓解，术后VAS和ODI评分较术前明显降低，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），术后椎体前缘压缩率较术前明显改善，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；但术后不同随访时间之间的椎体前缘压缩率、VAS和ODI评分差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。除6例发生椎体周围无症状骨水泥渗漏外，随访过程中未出现周围椎体再骨折、感染、神经损伤、肺栓塞等其他并发症。结论经皮椎体成形术可明显增强kümmell 's病患者的伤椎稳定性，缓解疼痛，提高患者的生活质量。

Abstract:ObjectiveTo evaluate the effect of percutaneous vertebroplasty in treating patients with kümmell's disease.MethodsTotally, 29 patients with kümmell's disease were enrolled in the study, who were admitted to the Department of Orthopedics at Subei Hospital from January 2013 to December 2021. All patients underwent percutaneous vertebroplasties. The compression rate of the anterior edge was measured the day before surgery, 1 day, 1 month and 1 year after surgery, and the pain visual analog score (VAS) and Oswestry dysfunction index (ODI) were evaluated.Results The pain relieved after percutaneous vertebroplasty to varying extents. VAS scores and ODI scores were significantly lower than those before surgery (P＜0.05). The heights restoration of anterior vertebrae was significantly different (P＜0.05). However, the heights restoration of vertebrae, VAS scores and ODI scores were similar at various follow-up time points after surgery (P＞0.05). No serious complications related to the technique occurred, except 6 cases with asymptomatic PMMA leakage around vertebrae.ConclusionSignificant pain relief and vertebral height restoration are achieved by percutaneous vertebroplasty, which improves the quality of life in the treatment of patients with kümmell's disease.
