摘要:幽门螺杆菌（Helicobacter pylori，H. pylori）感染是全球最常见的慢性感染之一，它不仅是消化系统相关疾病的危险因素，而且与糖尿病的发生发展有关。近年来，多项研究结果显示，H. pylori根除成功对2型糖尿病患者的血糖控制有积极的影响，其作用机制可能与炎症反应减轻以及肠道菌群变化介导多种途径调节糖代谢有关。本文回顾近年来与H. pylori根除和糖尿病相关的研究，归纳和分析H. pylori根除与2型糖尿病患者血糖控制的相关性及潜在机制。

Abstract:Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) infection is one of the most common chronic infections in the world, and it is not only a risk factor for digestive system-related diseases, but also related to the occurrence and development of diabetes. In recent years, a number of studies have shown that H. pylori eradication has a positive effect on the glycemic control in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM), the mechanism of which may be related to the reduction of inflammatory response and the regulation of glucose metabolism through a variety of pathways guided by changes in the gut microbiota. This paper reviews the recent studies on H. pylori eradication and diabetes, summarizes and analyzes the correlation between H. pylori eradication and glycemic control in patients with T2DM and the potential mechanisms.
