摘要:内镜黏膜下剥离术（ESD）是目前食管早癌及食管黏膜下肿瘤的主要治疗方式。ESD术后主要并发症是食管狭窄，内镜下食管狭窄的治疗近年来取得相当大的进展，相对于外科手术治疗，内镜下治疗具有创伤小、患者术后并发症少、恢复快等优点。目前ESD术后狭窄的一线内镜治疗方法有以下几种：探条扩张术、球囊扩张术、支架置放术、组织切开术、药物治疗和联合治疗。治疗目的是解决患者吞咽困难，改善患者身体营养状态。本文综述近年来有关内镜治疗ESD术后狭窄的进展，旨在为临床医师选择合适的治疗方法提供参考。

Abstract:Endoscopic submucosal dissection (ESD) is currently the main treatment method for esophageal early cancer and esophageal submucosal tumors. The main postoperative complication of ESD is esophageal stenosis. Endoscopic treatment for esophageal stenosis has made considerable progress in recent years. Compared with surgical treatment, endoscopic treatment has the advantages of less trauma, fewer postoperative complications and faster recovery. At present, there are several first-line endoscopic treatment methods for stenosis after ESD surgery, including bougination, balloon dilation, stent placement, tissue incision, drug therapy and combination therapy. The purpose of treatment is to solve dysphagia of the patient and improve nutritional status of the body. In this paper, the progress of endoscopic treatment for post-ESD stenosis in recent years is summarized, aiming to provide a reference for clinicians to select appropriate methods for the treatment of patients.
