摘要:目的探讨乳腺癌前哨淋巴结活检术后患侧上肢输液的可行性。方法收集2017年5月至2019年8月于大连大学附属中山医院乳腺甲状腺外科接受乳腺癌手术联合前哨淋巴结活检术的患者81例，研究组42例采取患侧上肢输液，对照组39例接受健侧上肢输液，比较两组患者的输液及手术相关并发症的发生率。结果对照组与研究组患者药物外渗、静脉血栓形成、针口感染等输液并发症的发生率差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。两组患者上肢水肿、淋巴感染，肢体疼痛等手术相关并发症的发生率差异也无统计学意义（P>0.05），但研究组患者生活自理能力较对照组明显改善（P < 0.01）。结论乳腺癌前哨淋巴结活检术后患侧上肢输液安全可行，并且可以改善患者生活自理能力。

Abstract:ObjectiveTo investigate the feasibility of ipsilateral limb infusion after sentinel lymph node biopsy for breast cancer patients.MethodsTotally 81 patients were enrolled in this study, who underwent breast cancer surgery combined with sentinel lymph node biopsy in the Department of Breast and Thyroid Surgery of Zhongshan Hospital Affiliated to Dalian University from May 2017 to August 2019. Among them, 42 patients in the experimental group received limb infusion in the affected side, meanwhile 39 patients in the control group received limb infusion in the unaffected arm. The incidence of infusionand operation-related complications was compared between the two groups.ResultsThere was no significant difference in the incidence of infusion-related complications, e.g. drug extravasation, venous thrombosis and needle mouth infection, between the control group and the experimental group (P>0.05). The incidence of operation-related complications, e.g. limb edema, lymphatic infection and limb pain, was similar between the two groups (P>0.05). However, the self-care ability of the experimental group was significantly improved compared with the control group (P < 0.01).ConclusionInfusion of affected limbs after sentinel lymph node biopsy for breast cancer patients is safe and feasible, and can improve their self-care ability.
