摘要:IgG4相关硬化性胆管炎是IgG4相关疾病的胆道表现，被认为是自身免疫调节异常导致的纤维炎性过程，主要累及肝内和肝外大胆管。它被认为是一种良性疾病，通常对治疗反应良好，因此及早诊断并治疗是获得良好预后的根本。近年来该病发病率逐渐升高，然而目前对于该病的临床认识仍不普及，本文将对IgG4相关硬化性胆管炎的诊断标准、鉴别诊断以及目前的治疗作一综述。

Abstract:IgG4-related sclerosing cholangitis is the biliary manifestation of IgG4-related disease. It is a fibroinflammatory process caused by abnormal autoimmune regulation, mainly involving intrahepatic and extrahepatic bile ducts. It is considered to be a benign disease and usually responds well to treatment. Therefore, early diagnosis and treatment are the basis for good recovery. In recent years, the prevalence of IgG4-related sclerosing cholangitis has gradually increased, but at present, the clinical understanding of the disease is still insufficient. This paper will review the diagnostic criteria, differential diagnosis and current treatment of IgG4-related sclerosing cholangitis.
