摘要:银屑病是一种慢性、复发性、炎症性皮肤病。近年来关于银屑病相关的生物标志物研究取得重要进展。本文综述了其主要的遗传、组织和血清标志物，包括预测疾病易感性、监测疾病活动性、预测共病风险、评估治疗应答等方面。使用不同种类的多个标志物构建合适的多模态诊断、预测模型是未来发展的趋势。

Abstract:Psoriasis is a chronic recurrent inflammatory dermatosis. In recent years, there have been many advances in the study of biomarkers related to psoriasis. This article reviews the main genetic, histochemical, and serological markers, to predict disease susceptibility, to monitor disease activity, to predict comorbidity risk, and to evaluate treatment response. Furthermore, establishing appropriate multimodal diagnostic and predictive models based on these biomarkers are emerging modalities in the future.
