摘要:上颌窦底内提升术是解决上颌后牙区垂直骨量不足的常用术式,通过抬高上颌窦膜并植入骨增量材料以维持空间,获得足够的垂直骨量,满足种植体植入的需求。软性骨增量材料因其较低的感染风险和一定的支撑性,被认为是一类理想的上颌窦底移植物。目前临床常用的软性骨增量材料主要有自体血液凝集物、脱矿骨代用品、明胶海绵、胶原蛋白、透明质酸以及组织工程学材料等。本文对上述上颌窦底内提升术中常用的软性骨增量材料的特点和应用进展进行综述,为临床工作提供参考。

Abstract:Osteotome sinus floor elevation surgery is a commonly employed procedure to address insufficient vertical bone volume in the posterior maxillary region. The surgery involves lifting the maxillary sinus membrane and implanting bone augmentation materials to maintain space, thereby achieving an adequate vertical bone volume to meet the requirements for implant placement. Soft bone augmentation materials, characterized by their lower risk of infection and certain level of space maintenance capability, are considered ideal for maxillary sinus floor transplantation. Currently, commonly used flexible bone augmentation materials in clinical practice include autogenous blood clot, demineralized bone substitutes, gelatin sponge, collagen, hyaluronic acid, and tissue engineering materials. This paper provides a comprehensive review of the commonly used flexible bone augmentation materials in maxillary sinus floor elevation surgery, offering valuable insights for clinical applications.
