摘要:癌症是威胁人类健康的一大杀手,化疗为其常规治疗手段,但是化疗药由于毒副作用大、缺乏靶向性等问题导致疗效不佳。超声触发药物递送系统是一种新型的高效、无创的药物递送技术,其利用药物载体对超声波的响应,实现药物在肿瘤组织特异性释放,在癌症治疗方面具有重大的应用价值。本文就超声触发药物递送系统的作用机理、分类及其在癌症治疗方面的应用进行综述。

Abstract:Cancer is a major threat of human health. Chemotherapy is a conventional therapy of cancer, however, the efficacy of chemotherapy drugs is limited due to some problems such as toxic side effects and lack of targeting. Ultrasound-triggered drug delivery system (UTDDS) is a new, efficient and non-invasive technology for delivering drugs. As UTDDS is responsive to the ultrasound, it can achieve the specific release of chemotherapy drugs into tumor tissue by the stimulation of ultrasound. Hence, UTDDS shows great application value in cancer therapy. In this paper, the mechanism, types and applications of UTDDS in cancer therapy are reviewed.
