摘要:创伤性脑损伤（traumatic brain injury，TBI）是伤害导致死亡和伤残的主要原因之一。TBI的临床表现常缺乏特异性，现有的诊断方式均具有一定的局限性。近年来随着分子检测技术的发展，生物标志物检测凭借其简便易行，可动态监测的特点，弥补了传统诊断方式的不足，有望进一步提升TBI诊断的敏感性和特异性，并在判断预后和疗效评价方面都显示出巨大优势，已成为TBI相关研究的重要领域。本文汇总并分析近年来各类TBI相关生物标志物研究的代表性文献，分类评述传统TBI生物标志物、已经进入临床研究阶段的TBI生物标志物及新兴TBI生物标志物在对TBI的诊断效能及评估疾病严重程度与判断预后等方面的研究进展，为TBI诊断和治疗提供新思路。

Abstract:Traumatic brain injury (TBI) is one of the leading causes of injury-related death and disability. The clinical manifestations of TBI are often lack of specificity and the existing diagnostic methods have certain limitations. In recent years, with the development of molecular detection technologies, biomarkers detection has made up for the shortcomings of traditional diagnostic methods by virtue of its simplicity and dynamic monitoring. It is expected to further improve the sensitivity and specificity of TBI diagnosis and has shown great advantages in the prognosis and efficacy evaluation, which has become an important field of TBI related research. This article summarizes and analyzes the representative literature on various TBI-related biomarkers in recent years and provides new ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of TBI. It reviews the research progress of traditional TBI biomarkers, TBI biomarkers that have entered the clinical stage and emerging TBI biomarkers in the diagnosis of TBI, the evaluation of disease severity and prognosis.
