摘要:β-地中海贫血是常见的遗传性血红蛋白疾病,长期输血治疗将导致患者心肌铁过载引发心血管不良事件,这是临床关注并警惕的并发症。斑点追踪技术可通过对心肌形变的分析从而检测出无心脏症状的重型地中海贫血患者细微的心室及心房功能的减低,该技术获得的应变值参数是其评价心脏功能的重要指标,可为临床进行干预治疗提供参考信息。本文对地中海贫血患者心脏结构及功能改变的主要机制、斑点追踪技术评估地中海贫血患者心室、心房功能的优势和研究进展进行综述。

Abstract:β-Thalassemia is a common hereditary hemoglobin disease in the world. Long-term transfusion therapy will lead to iron overload and cause adverse cardiovascular events, which are one of the most serious complications. Speckle-tracking imaging can detect the subtle changes of ventricular and atrial dysfunction in asymptomatic patients with thalassemia major by tracking myocardial deformation. The longitudinal strain obtained by this technique is an important index to evaluate the cardiac function, which can provide reference information for clinical intervention. This paper reviews the main mechanism of cardiac structure and function changes, the advantages and research progress of speckle-tracking imaging technology in the evaluation of ventricular and atrial function.
