摘要:虽然近些年出现了很多治疗糖尿病视网膜病变（diabetic retinopathy，DR）的方式，如玻璃体腔内药物注射，但激光光凝治疗始终是金标准疗法。由于激光光凝的治疗机制是破坏视网膜的光感受器从而降低耗氧量，这导致激光光凝治疗也有很多不良反应，包括治疗期间患者的不适，永久性视网膜瘢痕形成，治疗后可能出现脉络膜脱离，眼压升高，黄斑囊样水肿以及患者外周视野减少，颜色视觉和夜视能力减弱等。近年来，出现了很多新型模式激光治疗，包括阈下微脉冲激光（subthreshold micropulse laser，SMPL）、导航激光治疗、模式扫描激光（pattern scanning laser， PASCAL）、纳秒激光，消除了激光带来的很多不良反应。本文对激光光凝治疗DR的原理、适应证、不良反应及激光治疗新发展的模式作一综述。

Abstract:Although there have been many treatments emerging in recent years, such as intravitreal drug injection, laser photocoagulation treatment for diabetic retinopathy is always the gold standard therapy. Because the treatment mechanism of laser photocoagulation is through retinal photoreceptor destruction to reduce oxygen consumption, it has many side effects including patient's discomfort during treatment, permanent retinal scar formation, choroid detachment after treatment, increased intraocular pressure, macular cystic edema, and peripheral, color and night vision reduction, etc. In recent years, there have been many new modes of laser therapy, including subthreshold micropulse laser, navigation laser therapy and mode scanning laser, which have eliminated many side effects induced by laser. This article will make a review of them.
