摘要:膝骨关节炎（KOA）是常见的关节疾病，常因膝关节在负重和活动时承受的机械应力大而引发。随着人口老龄化，中老年人KOA患病率不断升高，严重影响患者的生活质量。对于本病的治疗，西医多采用对症消炎止痛、手术等方法，而中医银质针疗法因其安全有效、不良反应小等优势被广泛应用于临床。本文对银质针治疗KOA的临床研究及作用机制等方面进行综述，以期为临床治疗KOA提供更多思路。

Abstract:Knee osteoarthritis (KOA) is a common joint disease, which is prone to occur due to the high mechanical stress that the knee joint bears during weight-bearing and movement. With the aging population, KOA is becoming increasingly common in middle-aged and elderly people, seriously affecting the quality of life of patients. For the treatment of this disease, Western medicine often adopts methods to relieve symptoms such as anti-inflammatory and pain relief, surgery, etc. Silver needles are widely used in clinical practice due to their advantages of safety, effectiveness, and minimal side effects. This article reviews the clinical research and mechanism of silver needle therapy for KOA, hoping to provide broad ideas for clinical treatment of KOA.
