摘要:目的分别采用Locator种植覆盖义齿和磁性附着体覆盖义齿对下颌牙列缺失(损)患者进行修复,评价其临床效果。方法收集2017年11月至2021年11月于大连市口腔医院就诊的患者36例,根据下颌牙列缺失(损)情况分为两组,A组(18例)为牙列缺失患者,采用Locator种植覆盖义齿修复;B组(18例)为牙列缺损患者(下颌余留2个尖牙或双尖牙牙根),采用磁性附着体覆盖义齿修复。修复后6、12个月拍摄X片测量种植体及牙根周围骨吸收情况;采用称重法测量并统计咀嚼效率;应用OHIP-14调查表评价患者满意度并进行比较分析。结果A组覆盖义齿使用6个月与12个月比较,咀嚼效率、骨吸收量和满意度差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);B组覆盖义齿使用6个月与12个月比较,咀嚼效率、骨吸收量和满意度差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组间比较,使用6个月和12个月的咀嚼效率、骨吸收量、满意度差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论Locator种植覆盖义齿和磁性附着体覆盖义齿修复下颌牙列缺失(损),修复后均可满足患者日常使用,能提高咀嚼效率,减少骨吸收,患者满意度佳。磁性附着体覆盖义齿可以减少患者拔牙和种植手术的创伤。

Abstract:ObjectiveTo evaluate the clinical effect of Locator implant overdenture and magnetic attachment overdenture on patients with mandibular dentition loss.MethodsA total of 36 patients, who visited Dalian Stemmatological Hospital from November 2017 to November 2021, were enrolled and divided into two groups based on the condition of mandibular dentition loss. Group A (18 cases), the dentition loss group, was repaired with Locator implant overdenture; while group B (18 cases), the dentition defect group (with 2 remaining canines or bicuspid roots in the lower jaw), was repaired with magnetic attachment overdenture. Regular follow-up observation was conducted 6 and 12 months after repair, and X-rays were taken to measure bone resorption around the implant and tooth root. Chewing efficiency was measured and counted using weighing method. OHIP-14 questionnaire was used to evaluate the repair effect and comparative analysis was conducted.ResultsThere were no significant differences in masticatory efficiency, bone resorption and satisfaction between 6 months and 12 months of overdenture use in both group A (P>0.05) and group B (P>0.05). Comparison between the two groups revealed no significant differences in masticatory efficiency, bone resorption and satisfaction after 6 months and 12 months of overdenture use (P>0.05).ConclusionLocator implant overdenture and magnetic attachment overdenture can be used to repair mandibular dentition loss (damage), which can meet the daily needs of patients, improve chewing efficiency, reduce bone resorption, and achieve good patient satisfaction. Magnetic attachment overdenture can reduce the trauma of tooth extraction and implant surgery for patients.
