摘要:脓毒症是导致危重症患者死亡的重要因素之一。高密度脂蛋白(HDL)是一种具有多种生物活性的高度异质蛋白颗粒,可介导胆固醇的流出和逆向转运,与心血管疾病的发生风险呈负相关。近年来研究发现,HDL水平与脓毒症严重程度密切相关,且HDL具有的抗炎、抗氧化特性,能够在脓毒症患者的先天性免疫反应中发挥重要作用,减少脓毒症患者并发多器官功能障碍、改善患者预后。本文就HDL与脓毒症相关的研究进展进行综述。

Abstract:Sepsis is one of the important risk factors leading to death of critically ill patients. High-density lipoprotein (HDL) is a highly heterogeneous protein particle with a variety of biological activities, which mediates cholesterol outflow and reverse transport and is negatively correlated with the risk of cardiovascular diseases. In recent years, studies have shown that HDL level is closely related to the severity of sepsis, and the anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties of HDL can play an important role in the innate immune response of patients with sepsis, thus reducing multiple organ dysfunction syndrome and improving the prognosis of patients. This article reviews the research progress on the relationship between HDL and sepsis.
