摘要:手术是治疗晚期食管癌的方式之一，而术后吻合口狭窄的发生降低了患者的生活质量。近年来，随着内镜技术的不断发展，越来越多的技术被用于治疗术后吻合口狭窄。常用于治疗吻合口狭窄的方式有内镜下扩张、狭窄内切开、支架置入术、联合治疗等。内镜下食管扩张术是目前针对食管狭窄的一线治疗方式，但对于某些严重的食管狭窄患者，其无法完全解决问题，可以考虑使用狭窄内切开术，但该术式技术难度较大。支架置入术能够立刻缓解症状，但是并发症较多。各种治疗方法均具有自己的优缺点，临床上尚未形成统一治疗标准。本文就食管吻合口狭窄内镜下治疗进展进行综述。

Abstract:Surgery is usually considered as one of the approaches to treat advanced esophageal cancer, and postoperative anastomotic stenosis reduces the quality of life of patients. In recent years, with the continuous development of endoscopic technology, an increasing number of techniques are being used to treat postoperative anastomotic stenosis; the commonly treatments include endoscopic dilatation, endoscopic incisional therapy, stenting, and combined treatment, etc. Endoscopic esophageal dilation is currently the first-line treatment for esophageal stenosis. However, for some patients with severe esophageal stenosis, it may not completely resolve the issue. In such cases, endoscopic esophagectomy may be considered, but the technical difficulty of this procedure is relatively high. Stent placement can provide immediate relief of symptoms, but they are associated with a higher incidence of complications. Each method has its own advantages and disadvantages, and the clinical standard has not yet been formed. In this paper, the progress of endoscopic treatment of esophageal anastomotic stenosis is reviewed.
