摘要:同一牙弓内相邻两牙之间的连接界面即相邻牙接触区域。当相邻两牙之间的邻接触点出现细小间隙以致30 μm的邻接检查片能够无阻力通过时，即可视为出现邻接触丧失（ICL）。ICL作为一种发病率较高的后牙种植修复并发症，可导致垂直型食物嵌塞，进而引发种植体周围黏膜炎、种植体周围炎等，近年来逐渐引起越来越多****的关注。本文对种植固定修复后ICL的发生原因、预防及治疗方式的研究进展进行综述。

Abstract:The connection interface between two adjacent teeth in the same dental arch is the contact area of adjacent teeth. When a small gap appears in the adjacent contact point between two adjacent teeth so that a 30 μm adjacent examination piece can pass without resistance, it can be regarded as interproximal contact loss (ICL). As a complication of posterior tooth implant restoration with a high incidence, adjacency loss can lead to vertical food impaction, which can lead to peri-implant mucositis, peri-implantitis, etc. In recent years, it has gradually attracted more scholars' attention. This article reviews and summarizes the causes, prevention and treatment methods to provide new solutions for ICL after implant restoration.
