囊腔类肺癌和非囊腔类肺癌的影像表现与病理特征对比研究

Abstract: Objective To compare the imaging and histopathology features of cystic and non-cystic lung cancer, and analyze their correlations. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted using histopathological and imaging data from 113 patients who underwent lobectomy or partial lobectomy at the Department of Thoracic Surgery, Shengjing Hospital of China Medical University, between 2017 and 2021. Among these patients, 56 were diagnosed with cystic lung cancer and 57 with non-cystic lung cancer. Multiple linear regression analysis was performed to analyze the correlations between the imaging and histopathology features for cystic and non-cystic lung cancer. Results No significant differences in imaging and histopathological features were observed between cystic and non-cystic lung cancers. Multivariate regression analysis identified maximum wall thickness of cystic lung cancer (P=0.022, OR=37.140, 95% confidence interval:1.669-826.346) as an independent risk factor for assessing lesion infiltration. Conclusion Cystic lung cancer shares common characteristics with adenocarcinoma. Therefore, one can reasonably speculate that the histopathological sequential progression starts from atypical adenomatous hyperplasia, progresses to in situ adenocarcinoma and microinvasive adenocarcinoma, and finally culminates in invasive adenocarcinoma.
