摘要： 近年来，我国高龄和肥胖孕产妇的数量不断增加，孕妇血脂水平总体呈增高趋势，超过60％的孕妇患有高脂血症。当孕妇血脂水平超出正常生理范围而发展为妊娠期血脂异常时，会导致不良妊娠结局。目前，我国对孕妇进行血糖筛查检测，但血脂指标还没有纳入常规妊娠期保健服务范围。本综述重点阐述孕妇脂代谢异常与妊娠结局的关系，为今后常规管理孕妇血脂水平，降低孕妇血脂异常发生率及引起的不良妊娠结局提供参考依据。

Abstract: In recent years, China has witnessed an increase in the number of older adults and pregnant women with obesity. Moreover, the blood lipid level of pregnant women has demonstrated an overall increasing trend, with over 60% of pregnant women suffering from hyperlipidemia. Pregnancy induces a series of physiological changes that lead to more drastic alterations in blood lipid levels; when the serum lipid level in pregnant women exceeds the normal physiological range, resulting in dyslipidemia, it can lead to adverse pregnancy outcomes. Currently, in China, a blood sugar screening test is offered to pregnant women; however, routine pregnancy care services do not include lipid indicators. In this study, we reviewed the relationship between dyslipidemia during pregnancy and pregnancy outcomes to provide a reference for the routine management of pregnant women's blood lipid levels, with the aim of reducing the incidence of dyslipidemia and adverse pregnancy outcomes caused by abnormal lipid metabolism during pregnancy.
