摘要： 细胞衰老是严重损伤或压力引起细胞周期停滞的一种状态。衰老细胞在神经系统的持续积累会促进神经炎症，导致机体的生理功能逐渐衰退，引发或者加重神经系统疾病（神经退行性疾病、中枢神经系统肿瘤和神经发育障碍等）的发生发展。本文就细胞衰老在神经退行性疾病、中枢神经系统肿瘤和神经发育障碍发生发展中的作用进行综述，旨在为预防和治疗神经系统疾病提供依据。

Abstract: Cellular senescence is a state of cell cycle stoppage caused by severe trauma or stress. Senescent cells accumulate in the nervous system, encouraging neuroinflammation and ultimately resulting in the steady deterioration of particular physiological activities. This may trigger or exacerbate neurological disorders, including neurodegenerative diseases, central nervous system tumors, and neurodevelopmental disorders. This article reviewed the role of cellular senescence in the occurrence and development of neurological disorders such as Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, craniopharyngioma, medulloblastoma, microcephaly, and neural tube defects.
