Abstract: Gynecological malignancies,including cervical,endometrial,and ovarian cancers,are common diseases that seriously threaten women's life and health. Because of their high mortality rates and poor prognoses,it is important to explore factors that effectively prevent and reduce the risk of gynecological malignancies. Dietary total antioxidant capacity (TAC) is an index of the accumulated antioxidant capacity of all antioxidants in food,which reflects the comprehensive effect of total antioxidants on diseases. At present,there are still many disputes about the relationship between dietary TAC and the incidence of gynecological malignancies. This article systematically reviews and summarizes the research progress of the relationship between dietary TAC and the incidence of gynecological malignancies.
