摘要： 近年来，含Ⅰ型血小板结合蛋白基序的解聚蛋白样金属蛋白酶（ADAMTS）基因的表达与恶性肿瘤进展之间的关系成为众多****的研究热点。ADAMTS8是一种定位于肿瘤微环境的金属蛋白酶，是ADAMTS家族成员之一。ADAMTS8在恶性肿瘤中的作用受到越来越多的关注，其表达上调可抑制肿瘤的发生发展并与患者预后密切相关，是肿瘤治疗的潜在靶点。然而，ADAMTS8在各种恶性肿瘤中的功能异常复杂，其具体机制尚未完全阐明。本文综述了ADAMTS8在恶性肿瘤中的研究进展，为恶性肿瘤的发病机制、靶向治疗及预后提供了理论依据。

Abstract: In recent years，the relationship between the expression of depolymerized protein-like metalloproteinases with type I platelet-binding protein motif（ADAMTS）and the progression of malignant tumors has become a hot topic of research among many investigators. ADAMTS8 is a type of metalloproteinase localized to the tumor microenvironment and is a member of the ADAMTS family. The role of ADAMTS8 in malignant tumors has attracted increasing attention because up-regulated expression of ADAMTS8 can inhibit the occurrence and development of tumors and is strongly associated with patient prognosis. ADAMTS8 is a potential target for tumor therapy； however，its function in various malignant tumors is extremely complex and the exact mechanism is not completely understood. This review summarizes the progress in research investigating ADAMTS8 in malignant tumors，and provides a theoretical basis for the pathogenesis， targeted treatment，and prognosis of malignant tumors.
