摘要： 卵巢癌是女性生殖系统常见的恶性肿瘤之一，病死率高，预后极差，严重影响患者的生活质量。卵巢癌患者预后的影响因素包括遗传因素、环境因素、临床因素和社会因素等，其中，卵巢癌预后可能与社会经济状态（包括收入、教育和职业等）紧密相关。本文对社会经济状态与卵巢癌预后的关系进行综述，旨在为明确二者间的关系及卵巢癌预后影响因素提供参考。

Abstract: Ovarian cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors of the reproductive system in women worldwide,and has the highest case fatality rate among gynecological tumors. The prognosis of ovarian cancer is quite poor,and it significantly impacts the quality of life of patients. Various factors can influence the prognosis of patients with ovarian cancer,including genetic,environmental,clinical, and social. Among these,socioeconomic status (including income,education,and occupation) may play a significant role in the prognosis of patients with ovarian cancer. This paper reviews the relationship between socioeconomic status and ovarian cancer prognosis,and identifies the factors influencing its prognosis.
