不同瞳孔条件下衍射型非球面多焦点人工晶体视觉质量评价

Abstract: Objective To compare the visual performance after implantation of diffractive aspherical multifocal intraocular lens (MIOL) under different pupil sizes (Tecnis ZMB00 MIOL). Methods In a prospective study, Tecnis ZMB00 MIOLs were implanted in 24 patients (30 eyes). The visual acuity (VA) at different distances, straylight values under 3 mm and 5 mm apertures, wavefront aberrations, and modulate transfer functions (MTF) with 3 mm and 5 mm pupil diameter were assessed 1 week and 3 months after surgery. A Mann-Whitney U test was used to compare the VA between the time-points. Results There was no statistically significant difference in the VA at different distances between 1 week and 3 months following surgery. The straylight parameters were greater under 5 mm aperture than under 3 mm aperture at both 1 week and 3 months following surgery (P < 0.05). The spherical aberrations with 5 mm pupil diameter were significantly smaller at 3 months than at 1 week (P < 0.05). The MTF had greater improvement at 3 months after surgery than at 1 week following surgery in almost all spatial frequencies. The differences in 20 cpd were statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion There are lower straylight values, lower spherical aberrations, and better MTF parameters with 5 mm pupil size at 3 months than at 1 week following surgery. The visual quality under low-illuminance conditions improves over time after Tecnis ZMB00 MIOLs implantation.
