Abstract: Ovarian cancer is among the most common gynecological malignancies, with an insidious onset and lack of early diagnostic methods. Furthermore, it has often progressed to a middle or late stage by the time of diagnosis. Therefore, ovarian cancer poses a serious threat to the health of women worldwide. Its pathogenesis is not yet fully clear but may include genetic, environmental, and dietary factors. In recent years, the benefits of diet have been widely recognized and accepted. Dietary supplements are common health products that can supplement micronutrients that are insufficient in the diet. Widely used, they mainly include common vitamins, mineral preparations, and compound nutrient preparations. This article summarizes the association between dietary supplements and the incidence and prognosis of ovarian cancer to aid in its active prevention and treatment.
