不同检验方法在HPV阳性患者分流中的效能

Abstract: Objective To explore the performance of PAX1 and ZNF582 methylation detection, human papilloma virus (HPV) quantitative detection, HPV16/18 detection, and cytology in the triage of HPV-positive patients. Methods PAX1 and ZNF582 methylation detection, HPV quantitative detection, and cytological detection were performed in patients with positive HPV detection. The patients were divided into CIN1-, CIN2+, CIN2-, and CIN3+ groups according to the pathological results of a cervical biopsy. The efficacy of the different tests in the triage of HPV-positive patients and the diagnostic efficacy of CIN2+ and CIN3+ were investigated. Results PAX1 and ZNF582 methylation detection had higher specificities and positive predictive values than cytology. The difference between the CIN1-group and CIN2+ groups and between the CIN2- and CIN3+ groups in PAX1 and ZNF582 methylation detection and HPV16/18 quantitative detection were statistically significant (all P<0.05). There was correlation between PAX1 and ZNF582 methylation detection and cervical biopsy pathology. Conclusion PAX1 and ZNF582 methylation detection and HPV16/18 quantitative detection show triage efficiency in HPV-positive patients.
