高中生考前焦虑现状分析

Abstract: Objective To explore the influence of changes in anxiety symptoms before examinations on the performance of senior high school students, so as to provide a basis for stabilizing emotions and improving performance. Methods Second-year senior high school students in Shanghai were examined using the Anxiety Scale (SAS) at ordinary times and before examinations, and the correlation between SAS scores and test Results was analyzed. Results The detection rate of anxiety symptoms was 16.9% at ordinary times and 32.3% before examinations, and there was a significant difference between the two scores (P<0.05). Before examinations, the group with passing scores had the most anxiety symptoms, accounting for 63.64%. There was a moderate negative correlation between test scores and SAS scores, and SAS scores in ordinary times were >10 compared to before examinations (P<0.05). In addition, gender and education levels of parents may affect pre-examination anxiety. Conclusion Anxiety symptoms are common in senior high school students, and significant improvements in pre-examination anxiety could enhance their scores. Therefore, appropriate psychological interventions should be carried out.
