摘要： 目的 探讨补肾健脾方对高脂饮食诱导肥胖大鼠生殖能力的影响。方法 高脂饮食建立肥胖大鼠模型,观察灌胃补肾健脾方后大鼠动情周期、受孕率、产仔数量的变化;ELISA检测血清性促卵泡激素(FSH)、促黄体激素(LH)、雌二醇(E2)、抗缪勒管激素(AMH)水平,HE染色观察卵巢形态及卵泡个数变化。结果 与模型组比较,中药复方组动情期紊乱改善,受孕率上升,产仔数量增高,性激素FSH及LH水平降低,E2及AMH水平增高,卵泡发育形态改善,卵泡个数显著上升。结论 补肾健脾方通过下调血清性激素FSH及LH水平,上调E2及AMH水平,从而改善肥胖大鼠生殖能力。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the effect of the Bushen Jianpi formula on the reproductive performance of high-fat diet-induced obese rats. Methods An obese rat model was established through a high-fat diet， and the changes in estrous cycle， pregnancy rate， and litter size of rats after oral administration of the Bushen Jianpi formula were observed. Serum sex hormones， including follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH)， luteinizing hormone(LH)， estradiol(E2)， and anti-mullerian hormone(AMH)， were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Hematoxylin and eosin staining was performed to observe changes in ovarian morphology and follicle number. Results Compared with the model group， the group administered with the traditional Chinese medicine compound had improved estrus disorder， increased conception rate， increased litter size， decreased levels of sex hormones FSH and LH， increased levels of E2 and AMH， improved follicle development and morphology， and a significantly increased number of follicles. Conclusion The Bushen Jianpi formula can improve the reproductive ability of obese rats by down-regulating FSH and LH， and up-regulating E2 and AMH.
