摘要: 目的 分析行经尿道前列腺切除术(TURP)的患者发生术中低体温的危险因素。方法 选择2019年1月至2021年12月在中国医科大学附属盛京医院行TURP的290例患者为研究对象,依据患者是否发生术中低体温分为低体温组(n=94)和正常体温组(n=196),采用单因素和多因素logistic回归分析发生术中低体温的独立危险因素,通过受试者操作特征(ROC)曲线进一步评估独立危险因素的预测价值。结果 年龄、体质量指数、手术时间、术中灌洗液量、术中保温措施是术中低体温的独立危险因素,上述独立危险因素联合应用时,ROC曲线分析结果显示,曲线下面积为0.898(95%CI:0.861~0.935)。结论 年龄、体质量指数、手术时间、术中灌洗液量、术中保温措施与TURP术中低体温发生密切相关,可用于评估TURP术中低体温的发生风险。

Abstract: Objective To analyze the factors influencing the occurrence of intraoperative hypothermia in patients undergoing transurethral resection of prostate(TURP). Methods In this study, 290 patients who underwent TURP at Shengjing Hospital of China Medical University from January 2019 to December 2021 were included, and divided into two groups: a hypothermia group(n = 94) and a normal body temperature group(n = 196). The independent risk factors of intraoperative hypothermia were analyzed using univariate and multivariate logistic regression. The predictive value of the meaningful indicators was further assessed by receiver operating characteristic(ROC) curves. Results Age, body mass index, operation time, intraoperative irrigating solution volume, and intraoperative insulation measurements were found to be independent risk factors for intraoperative hypothermia. ROC curve analysis showed an area under the curve(AUC) of 0.898(95% CI: 0.861-0.935) when the above independent risk factors were applied in combination. Conclusion Age, body mass index, operation time, intraoperative irrigating solution volume, and intraoperative insulation measurements were closely associated with intraoperative hypothermia in TURP and can be used to assess the risks of intraoperative hypothermia in TURP.
