摘要： 目前,乳腺癌是全球癌症发病率最高的恶性肿瘤。随着精准医学时代的到来,保乳手术成为早期乳腺癌患者首选的手术方式。与乳房切除术比较,保乳手术安全性高,术后并发症少,能够最大程度保留乳房的完整性,提高患者术后的生活质量。但目前仍有部分符合保乳手术条件的患者选择乳房切除术。可行保乳手术的乳腺癌患者术式选择受多方面因素的影响,本研究对可行保乳手术的乳腺癌患者术式选择的影响因素进行综述,旨在为临床上此类患者选择正确的术式提供参考。

Abstract: Currently， breast cancer is the most common malignancy worldwide. With the advent of the era of precision medicine， breast-conserving surgery has become the preferred surgical method for patients with early breast cancer. Compared to mastectomy， breast-conserving surgery is safer， has fewer postoperative complications， extensively preserves the integrity of the breast， and improves the quality of life of patients after surgery. However， some patients who are eligible for breast-conserving surgery still choose mastectomy. The surgical choice of patients with feasible breast-conserving surgery is affected by many factors. This study reviews the factors influencing the surgical choice of patients with breast cancer who are eligible for breast-conserving surgery， aiming to provide a reference for the selection of appropriate surgical methods for such patients.
