摘要： 非酒精性脂肪性肝病（NAFLD）是全球范围内最常见的慢性肝脏疾病。随着人们生活方式和饮食结构的改变，肝细胞癌（HCC）的流行病学特征也发生了变化，目前，NAFLD逐渐成为HCC的主要病因；另外，NAFLD相关HCC患者通常年龄较大，并伴有多种并发症（糖尿病、超重/肥胖、血脂异常和心脑血管疾病），因此对NAFLD患者进行早期干预，同时筛查并监测高危人群显得尤为重要。本文就NAFLD相关HCC的流行病学、发病机制、治疗和预防等方面进行系统综述，旨在增加临床医生对NAFLD相关HCC的了解，从而为早期监测和管理高危患者提供依据。

Abstract: Recently，non-alcoholic fatty liver disease（NAFLD）is becoming the most common cause of chronic liver disease worldwide. With the change in people’s lifestyle and eating habits，the epidemiological characteristics of hepatocellular carcinoma（HCC）have also changed. Currently，NAFLD is gradually becoming the most frequent cause of HCC. In addition，patients with NAFLD-related HCC are usually elderly and have several comorbidities（such as diabetes，overweight/obesity，dyslipidemia，cardiovascular，and cerebrovascular diseases）. Therefore，early intervention in patients with NAFLD，as well as the screening and monitoring of high-risk groups are particularly important. This article systematically reviews the epidemiology，pathogenesis，treatment，and prevention of NAFLD-related HCC. It aims at increasing clinicians’ understanding of NAFLD-related HCC，so as to provide a basis for the early monitoring and management of high-risk patients.
