摘要： 目的 探讨吉林省德惠市40岁及以上人群高甘油三酯血症-腰围表型 (HTWP) 与缺血性脑卒中的关系。方法 采用多阶段分层随机整群抽样方法,于2016年1月至3月对吉林省德惠市40岁及以上的人群进行横断面调查。将HTWP定义为空腹血清甘油三酯 (TG) ≥ 1.7 mmol/L,男性腰围 (WC) ≥ 90 cm,女性WC ≥ 80 cm。采用logistic回归模型分析该人群HTWP与缺血性脑卒中的相关性。结果 吉林省德惠市40岁及以上人群HTWP检出率为33.98%。,正常WC-正常TG组缺血性脑卒中患者56例 (患病率5.02%),HTWP组缺血性脑卒中患者111例 (患病率8.06%)。多因素logistic 逐步回归分析显示,HTWP组缺血性脑卒中患病风险为正常WC-正常TG组的1.45倍 (OR=1.45,95%CI:1.01~2.10,P < 0.05)。结论 吉林省德惠市40岁及以上人群HTWP与缺血性脑卒中存在相关关系。

Abstract: Objective To evaluate the relationship between the hypertriglyceridemic-waist phenotype (HTWP) and ischemic stroke in Dehui City,Jilin Province.Methods A cross-sectional survey was conducted among residents aged 40 years and above in Dehui City,Jilin Province,from January to March 2016.We used a multistage stratified,random cluster sampling method.The HTWP was defined by serum triglyceride (TG) levels ≥ 1.7 mmol/L and waist circumference (WC)≥ 90 cm (in males) or ≥ 80 cm (in females).Logistic regression analysis was conducted to assess the relationship between the HTWP and ischemic stroke.Results The prevalence of the HTWP was 33.98% among the participants.Fifty-six patients with ischemic stroke were in the normal WC-normal TG group (prevalence rate,5.02%),while 111 patients with ischemic stroke were in the HTWP group (prevalence rate,8.06%).Multivariate regression analyses revealed that the risk of ischemic stroke in the HTWP group was 1.45 times greater than that in the normal WC-normal TG group (OR=1.45,95%CI:1.01-2.10,P < 0.05).Conclusion The HTWP correlated with ischemic stroke among residents aged 40 years and above in Dehui City,Jilin Province.
