摘要： 核不均一核糖核蛋白（hnRNP）家族的重要成员hnRNP L，是一类主要位于细胞核的RNA结合蛋白。近年来发现，hnRNP L除了在免疫系统形成中发挥重要作用外，还在多种肿瘤中异常表达。进一步研究发现，hnRNP L促进肿瘤细胞的各种生物学过程，包括增殖、迁移和侵袭，并与预后相关，提示其在肿瘤发生、发展中发挥重要作用。本文通过总结hnRNP L在各种癌症中的作用机制，探讨hnRNP L的临床意义。

Abstract: Heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoprotein L(hnRNP L) is an important member of the hnRNP family. hnRNP L is a type of RNA binding protein that is mainly located in the nucleus. Recent studies have shown that in addition to its important role in the formation of the immune system, hnRNP L is also aberrantly expressed in a variety of tumors. Further studies have found that hnRNP L promotes various biological processes of tumor cells, including proliferation, migration, invasion, and prognosis, suggesting that hnRNP L plays an important role in tumorigenesis and cancer development. This article summarizes the mechanisms of hnRNP L in the occurrence of various cancers, and explores the clinical significance of hnRNP L.
