摘要： 超声内镜引导下胆道引流术(EUS-BD) 已成为经内镜逆行性胰胆管造影术(ERCP) 失败时胆道引流的一种重要技术。本文就EUS-BD的研究现状及应用进展作一综述, 为指导临床医生在ERCP失败后或预期插管困难时考虑EUS-BD提供参考。

Abstract: Endoscopic ultrasound-guided biliary drainage(EUS-BD) has become an important secondary technique for biliary drainage applied in situations where endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography(ERCP) fails. This article reviews studies on the progress and application of EUS-BD, and provides guidelines for clinicians to follow regarding the use of EUS-BD after ERCP failure or when intubation is expected to be difficult.
