摘要： 近年来,牙周病和系统性疾病间的相互作用机制受到高度关注。牙周病作为慢性细菌感染性疾病,已知与糖尿病、类风湿、动脉粥样硬化等疾病存在相同的炎症反应机制。牙周致病菌,特别是牙龈卟啉单胞菌,以及所产生的炎性细胞因子可对肾脏产生一定的影响,同时,牙周致病菌会通过血流传播影响肾单位的内皮功能。本文就牙周致病菌及炎性细胞因子在慢性肾脏病中的相关免疫机制以及牙周治疗对慢性肾脏病的影响等进行综述。

Abstract: In the recent years,periodontitis and clinicians have placed great importance on the interaction mechanism between periodontitis and systemic diseases. Periodontitis is a chronic bacterial infectious disease that is known to have the same inflammatory response mechanism as diabetes,rheumatoid disease,atherosclerosis,and other diseases. Similarly,these periodontal pathogens,especially Porphyromonas gingivalis and the inflammatory cytokines they induce,can have a certain effect on kidneys. Moreover,periodontal pathogens can spread through the bloodstream and affect the endothelial function of the nephrons. This article reviews the immune mechanism of periodontal pathogens and inflammatory cytokines in chronic kidney disease,and the effect of periodontal treatment on chronic kidney disease.
